The founder of our Studio, Thomas Kinkade, loved to explore the world around him. He never ventured anywhere without a notepad and a pencil in his pocket so he could sketch what he saw. What might Thom, or any artist from his atelier, capture on canvas if they were to ramble upon a huge sunflower field? The artists of Thomas Kinkade Studios pondered this question, explored some of our nation's beautiful farmlands, and put paint to canvas to create Sunflower Fields.

About Thomas Kinkade Studios
